Can I order at Universal Prints as a consumer?

Our products and catalogues are only available via dealer network. Please contact us at any time. We provide you with name and address of an dealer / gallery owner near to you.


 

Is there a minimum order quantity or an extra charge for small quantities?

No! You just pay for the product you want to order, independent from order amount and order value.


 

How much is shipping?
Each order less then 50 Euro will be charged with shipping cost of 6,00 Euro.

Customers from outside of Germany will benefit from our attractive shipping costs. Please ask us for further details.


 

Wie schnell komme ich an die Drucke?

Kunden in Deutschland, die vor 16 Uhr bestellen, erhalten Ihre Lieferung am nächsten Tag (Einige Gebiete in Baden-Württemberg und Bayern 2 Tage).

Lieferzeiten außerhalb Deutschlands variieren von Land zu Land. Fragen Sie uns, wir geben Ihnen gerne genaue Auskunft.


 

Where can I see the images you publish / sell?

At the one hand in our catalogue 'Pictures'. Commercial customers can contact us per mail or telephone - and you will get immediately the newest catalogue. Consumers can take a look in the catalogue at our dealers or in a gallery close to you.
At the other hand in our permanently updated online catalogue. Here you will find all of our deliverable images.


 

Do you frame / finish the prints?
We do not offer framings or finishings. This is because of a simple reason: Framing and finishing is the key competence of our customers wich we don't want to circumvent. You look for a competent expert? We are pleased to help you.

However, we offer our products 'blistered'. This means it is shrink-wraped. Please contact us for further details.


 

How can I find out if a item is deliverable?

Our products are deliverable at any time.


 

What can I do in case of a reclamation?
